Topless and Barefoot is a putty beige shade that has a slightly pink undertone. Formulation was this was like any other Essie polishes - I don't think this is a polish that I can just apply on a hurry.. you definitely need to take your time for each coat that is being applied. That said, I'm pleased with how this looks on me and definitely another neutral colour to add to my ever growing stash of neutral nail polishes :)
